PPclix started a few months ago, is paying 0.5cents/click and 0.25 cents/ref. click.
PPClix has instant payments at $5 for all members, Paypal/Alertpay support, a nice and unique design, and they seem to have a stable businness plan. One of the main differences is, they show many advertisements, but as a standard member, you can click 5 ads per day, so you can choose which ads to surf, providing more interested visitors to advertisements and thus, more advertisements for the site.
